My name is Christine, and I am the Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Pilates Instructor behind Fitness With A Twist. I’m passionate about helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals, with a focus on functional fitness, core strength and innovative cardiovascular exercises.
My goal is to provide safe, effective exercise programmes for people at all stages of their life, in an environment that is welcoming and family-friendly.
I'm a firm believer in park based group fitness sessions being a great way to improve both your physical and mental health and wellbeing.
